My new "Can Cooker" FYI
One of my favorite pastimes while RV camping is cooking with my Dutch Ovens, but now I have a new cooking accessory that I have added to the mix. It is a "CanCooker". I received it at Christmas time and have been having fun coming up with new menus ever since.
The Can Cooker is basically a steaming/convection oven cooker. They come in two sizes, the Original at 4 gallons and the Jr., at 2 gallons. Depending on who you plan to feed either will do the job. The CanCooker Jr.is basically design for a family supper, but it can be a very large family.
